| 摘 要： | 高新技术特色产业基地是近年来发展高新技术产业的重要载体之一。运用系统动力学的思想分析高新技术产业的集聚机制,得到影响其发展的6个基本反馈环,并以此为基础选取了22个评价指标,运用因子分析的方法对江苏省高新技术特色产业基地进行实证研究,最后得到5个主要影响因子:人才与教育环境、创新能力、科研环境、集聚效益和创业环境,并计算了各因子的得分和综合得分,为各基地的规划提供了依据。

| Abstract: | High-tech industry base as an important part of high-tech industrial agglomeration in China has been developed greatly in recent years.With the theory of system dynamics the paper analyzes the agglomeration mechanism and obtains 6 basic causality feedback rings.As a result of selecting 22 appraisal indexes.Based on the model of factor analysis on the evolution of high-tech industry base in Jiangsu Province,the paper generalizes 5 components:human resources,innovative,scientific research environment,agglomeration effect and immplementation abitity.The paper calculates the score of these components and their comprehensive score in order to offer guidance to the local layout. |
