我国人民代表大会与西方议会都是现代文明社会的一种政权组织形式,是公民参政、议政、管理国家大事的场所和机构,具有立法权和监督权。我国人民代表大会制度是我国根本的政治制度,是在中国共产党的领导下按民主集中制的组织原则建立起来的,其组织结构和人大代表的监督和罢免等方面都与西方国家议会制有着根本的区别。

The Comparison Between Western Parliament and the NPC of China

Both the Parliament and the NPC are the forms of administration organization in mordern civilized sociery.
