物流信息化与资源型城市的可持续发展

本文认为,从长远看物流信息化与资源型城市可持续发展的目标是基本一致的,物流信息化的发展将带动资源型城市物流产业的全面升级,推动资源型城市向可持续方向发展。针对当前我国资源型城市在物流信息化建设中存在的许多问题,如信息技术应用还处于起步阶段,还没有建立起现代化的公共物流信息平台,地方政府在信息化建设中的支持力度不够,社会缺乏专业的物流人才等,文章提出,在具体实施物流信息化建设的过程中应有所侧重,要明确信息化建设目标;建立相关机构,把加快开发和建设公共物流信息平台作为物流信息化的重点,尤其要建设公共的市场供求信息平台,实现信息资源共享和交换;要从效率的角度去开展信息化与供应链管理,重视客户的需求与流程的优化;要有切实可行的政策支持和法律保障。

Analysis of Logistics Informationization and the Sustainable Development of Resource-based Cities

The author points out that the objectives of logistics informationization and the sustainable development of conservation-minded society are the same in a long-term perspective.The logistics informationization will propel the upgrade of urban logistics industry in conservation-minded city.To solve the problems with the construction of logistics informationization in China's conservation-minded city,such as the problems of the low level of IT application,the government's inefficient support to the construction of logistics informationization and the scarcity of outstanding people,we should,first,clarify the objectives of the construction of informationization;second,realize information resources sharing and exchange;third,pay more attention to the customer's requirement and the flow optimization;and,fourth,provide feasible policy support and the legislative guarantee.
