Survey of UT Policies & Guidelines

With a history of more than 150 years,University of Toronto (UT) made a series of systematic and standard policies,both general and special,all of which were progressively formulated in accordance with the given obejectives and principles. The effective performance of the organizational leading role and control function,and the effective methods and models in the stimulation to her employees for their working goal,are fully reflected in the course of UT administration. In a word,those conditional policies are quite readable and some of them can be practically used in our policymaking for reference.
