广西高职院校学风建设的调查与分析

文章运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法和数理统计法对广西高职院校学风建设的现状进行调查，发现在旷课、作弊、教风、教学环境及学习风气等方面的问题是影响学风建设的主要问题，最后提出对策：转变高职院校“重技能教育，轻思想素质教育”的观念，以管理和专业指导促学风；加强师资队伍建设，以教风促学风；以改善教学环境促学风；引导学生形成自我管理能力，以学生党员、优秀学生干部等模范生促学风；活跃校园文化氛围。创建良好的育人环境，充分发挥校园文化对学风建设的积极作用等。

Some Researches and Analyses of the Development of Study Style in Tertiary Vocational Schools

The article, using documentary, questionnaire, investigation and statistics, gives examination of the study style in tertiary vocational schools in Guangxi. The prominent question is absent, cheat, teaching style and teaching environment. It draws countermeasures： reversing the wrong concept of only highlighting technological education, improving study style by management and professional gnidance, building a capable team of teachers, improving study style by improving teaching style and the environment, helping the students to become self-disciplined, improving study style by selling role models like Party member or excellent students, huilding a better cuhural environment and ahetter environment fnr the teachers and grooming a better cuhure that can play a positive role for the development of study style.
