| 摘 要： | 资本对于处于创业期的家族企业而言具有重要的意义,纵观国内和国外,此时期的家族企业在资本筹集方式上唯一可以选择的是依靠亲属的内源式融资。本文论述了家族企业在创业期面临的融资障碍,并对目前家族企业常用的融资方式进行分析,进而提出家族企业融资渠道的创新,以期对家族企业的健康成长有所裨益。

| Abstract: | The capital has important meaning for the family firms in the starting period, whatever in the native and foreign. It is unique choice for the family firms in the starting period that internal financing depending on relatives and household members. The paper not only discusses the financing obstacles and the cause but also discusses the innovation of financing ways for family firms. The paper has important realistic meaning to promote the health grows up for the family firms in the starting period. |
