| 摘 要： | 我国农村义务教育的普及取得了很大的成绩,但近几年来,农村义务教育融资困难重重,造成农村义务教育发展徘徊不前。为改变这一现状,本文从理论和实践两个角度对农村义务教育产品属性进行了界定,并对农村义务教育市场融资的现实可能性做了分析,在此基础上对我国农村义务教育市场融资机制的构建进行了探索。 |

| Abstract: | China has made great achievements in the popularization of rural compulsory education, but its speed of development has been decreasing during these years because of the serious financing problems. In order to improve the current situation, this thesis defines the attributes of rural compulsory education with theory and prac-tice, and then analyzes the probability of market financing for rural compulsory education. And on this basis, it re-searches the establishment of the market financing mechanism for rural compulsory education. |
