| Abstract: | With the rapid development of campus net all high institutions are progressively carrying out office automatization.They have built office automatic systems according to their own demands and available hardware and software.Based on the building and management experiences of our university's office automatic system,this paper is aiming at improving office efficiency and reasonably using net resource by introducing the main contents and model of the system design. |
