迁都：引领中国发展的战略转型

本刊首席经济学家沈晗耀目前在接受记者采访时，曾提出“迁都”中部地区的建议。一时间多家电视、报刊媒体争相报道，在网络搜索引擎中键入“迁都沈晗耀”，相关新闻多达12700多项。其中大多认为，沈先生提议“迁都”，目的是为了解决北京的“堵车”等相关城市病。但在接受本刊采访时沈晗耀指出，解决北京城市病只是他提议“迁都”的“副产品”，迁都对于中国未来的发展，有着更为深远的战略意义。为此，沈晗耀先生和邵律先生为本刊撰写了专稿。
