| 摘 要： | 虚拟财产是一种新型的财产权,其性质为准物权,准用物权法的一般规定。立法应考虑网络技术特征设计相关规则予以保护。针对虚拟财产的侵权行为适用过错责任原则和公平原则,对网络服务商应提供责任限制保护。
