| 摘 要： | 针对EIQ法在储位优化中存在的一定局限性，在EIQ分析法应用的基础上，结合并行分区拣货的特点，通过分析订单中各品项之间的相关性，将EIQ分析法和订单品项的相关性分析结合后综合安排拣货储位。最后利用算例将该方法和传统的随机储存方法进行对比，说明该方法的实用性。

| Abstract: | In view of the limitations of EIQ analysis in the optimization of stock space,the paper takes into consideration the characteristics of the picking operation with parallel zoning and incorporates the correlativity analysis between the items of an order in the comprehensive planning of stock space.Finally a comparison between the method proposed in the paper and the traditional stochastic lot allocation is carried out through a numerical study,validating the practicality of the method. |
