心理学相关知识在高校思想教育中的运用浅探

随着时代的发展,高校思想政治辅导员面临的挑战越来越多,这对辅导员队伍的素质与能力提出了新的要求,在高校思想政治教育活动中了解与运用心理学相关知识就显得尤为重要了,辅导员应该成为心理学相关方面的能手。本文试图探讨几个心理学方面的知识在高校辅导员日常工作中的运用,以期提高辅导员对心理学知识重要性的认识,使高校辅导员能够自觉学习并在实际工作中运用心理学知识,在辅导员队伍中推广与普及心理学知识。
