| Abstract: | The existence of private securities investment funds in China is an objective fact, and these funds have had a significant impact on the healthy development of securities markets. Therefore, we should face the status quo of China＇s private equity funds, reasonably define the concept of private securities investment funds and scope of the legal adjustment, improve legislative system for private securities investment funds with the premise of fully exerting the role of self - discipline normalization in China. |
