基于网络组织的企业间关系管理研究

本文旨在为网络组织中核心企业与网络节点企业之间的关系管理提供理论支持。首先，构建了现有网络节点企业价值评价指标体系，并采用系统聚类分析方法对网络节点企业进行分类，提出了各类网络节点企业关系管理策略；其次，采用Fuzzy集合论与AHP方法相结合的模糊综合评判方法，构建了核心企业与高价值的关键网络节点企业之间的关系质量评价综合决策模型；最后，结合具体实例说明了网络节点企业价值评价模型的应用以及核心企业与关键网络节点企业之间关系质量评价模型的应用。
