| 摘 要： | 安徽省的"十二五"规划纲要提出了"全面转型,加速崛起"的发展任务。文章结合"十一五"时期的相关数据,分析了安徽发展面临的外部环境和自我转型的挑战,指出安徽发展须从三个方面下功夫,即树立科学的发展理念、理顺工作体制机制及加强宣传和教育培训工作。
