农村和谐消费环境与农村居民消费关系研究

农村消费环境主要包括自然生态环境、人工物质环境和社会文化环境等,要实现农村消费环境和谐,就必须使得自然生态环境、人工物质环境和社会文化环境三者内部达到和谐,同时三者之间实现良性互动和循环流动,以实现最终的和谐。在发挥和谐消费环境作用的同时,从循环经济的角度、适用技术采用的角度、人才创新的角度、生态环境改善的角度以及政策和制度供给的角度最终实现农村和谐消费环境与农村居民和谐消费之间的良性互动,这将有利于农村居民在消费过程中信息搜寻、产品认知、产品和服务的获取等消费成本的降低,有利于农村居民在有限收入限制下更好地实现除食物等基本消费品满足前提下,更好地追求对文教娱乐、耐用消费品以及医疗保险等需要的满足。

Countryside harmonious consuming enviornment and countryside consuming relation research

Rural consuming environment include ecological environment,artificial environment and social cultural environment,if we want to achieve harmonious consuming environment,we should keep three parts mentioned above to be harmonious internally,and attain benign interaction and cycling among them.We should not only take the functions of harmonious consuming environment,but also put the benign interaction between rural harmonious consuming environment and rural resident's expense into practice from four aspects: recycling economy,adoption of applicable technologies,innovations of talented persons,improvement of ecological environment,provision of policies and institutions,if we accomplished these tasks,it would bring down the costs of rural resident's expense in these parts of information searching,goods & service reorganization and gain,it was propitious to satisfy the needs of rural residents in these facets of culture & education,durable consuming goods and medical insurance on the promise that rural resident's needs of foodstuff be better satisfied.
