| 摘 要： | 加强知识管理,获得持续创新利润是当今企业应该树立的崭新理念。本文以"讯飞公司"为例,系统地阐明了该公司通过运营知识资源实现知识产业化,利用自主知识产权筹措发展资金,建立有效的组织学习机制,不断提高组织知识创新能力的成功经验。借此为我国企业建立有效的知识管理机制

| Abstract: | It is necessary for today's enterprise management to introduce a brand-new idea that the knowledge management should be strengthened so as to get last innovation profit. Herein, based on the case of Xunfei Company,has stated systematically one successful experience on knowledge management which is to realize industrialization of knowledge resource,to fund for the development of enterprise from independent ownership of knowledge,to establish effective mechanism of organizational learning and to improve continuously innovation capability of organization knowledge. Mechanism of knowledge management illuminated is to offer valuable reference for our enterprises to set up the effective mechanism of knowledge management. |
