论当前我国贫富差距中的两极分化问题

我国现阶段的贫富差距已十分悬殊。贫富差距的出现，既同先富起来的政策有关，又同非法暴富密切相连。先富起来的政策导致的贫富差距不属两极分化，也不会导致两极分化，非法暴富导致的贫富差距当属两极分化。政策和法律许可范围内的致富是正当的，应当受到鼓励和保护，非法致富则应予以取缔和打击。

On the Polarization Induced by Gap Between Wealthy and Poor at Present Stage of Our Country

Great disparity between the wealthy and poor has already manifested itself at the present stage in our country. The pres-ence of the disparity is closely correlated with both the get-rich-earlier policy and illegal overnight mushrooming. The disparity between the wealthy and poor induced by the get-rich-earlier policy neither belongs in the polarization nor leads to it. In contrast, the disparity brought by illegal overnight mushrooming is attributed to polarization. It is legal and justified to be rich under the permission of policy and law, which should be encouraged and protected, while illegal overnight mushrooming must be banned and punished.
