| Abstract: | Building socialist new countryside is one of the most important programmes in the Eleventh Five - Year Plan. It has great strategic significance to build socialist new countryside in the minority legions of western China. According to the requirements of the theory of scientific development, We must make objective analysis of the status in the minority areas, break through the traditional thinking patterns, keep abreast with times, be brave to put theory into practice, so that we can build socialist new countryside in all ways. |
