健全的征信体系对扩大内需的有效性问题研究

对征信体系与消费需求之间进行相关性分析，得出结论：健全的征信体系对拉动消费需求是有效的。目前，我国征信体系建设中存在一些突出问题：信用管理体系不完善，信用信息共享机制不健全，个人征信体系建设不完善，信息不对称，失信惩戒机制缺乏等。应借鉴美国先进经验，健全我国信用法律法规体系，推动建立全社会信用信息共享机制，加强征信效能宣传，发挥征信体系对消费信贷的作用力，快速建立信用产品的需求市场，加快农村信用体系建设步伐，充分发挥征信体系对内需扩大的促进作用。

Study on Effectiveness for a Sound Credit Reference System upon Expansion of Domestic Demand

An analysis is made on the correlation between credit reference system and consumption demand, and a conclusion is drawn that a sound credit reference system is effective to boost consumption demand. At present, such problems exist in China~ credit reference system construction as inadequate credit management system, imperfect credit information sharing mechanism, imperfect individual credit information system, information asymmetry, lack of bad credit disciplinary mechanisms. It＇ s necessary for China to learn from the advanced experiences of the United States, to improve the credit reference laws and regulations, to promote the establishment of credit information sha- ring mechanism in the whole society, to strengthen the credit reference efficacy propaganda, to exert the role of credit information system upon consumption into play, to quicken establishment of credit products demand market, and to speed up rural credit reference system construction. Thus, we will put the promotion role of credit reference svstem upon expansion of domestic demand into play.
