| 摘 要： | 高技术产业作为一种知识和资本高度密集的产业形式,随着网络通讯技术的发展,逐渐呈现出虚拟化的趋势。在分析高技术虚拟产业集群融资特点的基础上,参照信用互助的融资模式,提出了一种基于集群互助融资基金的HTVIC融资模式,并为其设计了基本制度和运作流程。该融资模式以通讯网络为技术支持,以信任为合作基础,体现了高技术企业间的互助互利,能够整合企业的资金能力,降低其融资成本,满足成员企业的不同融资需求,并能为集群营造良好的诚信氛围。
