| 摘 要： | 随着社会经济的发展以及国际合作和交流的日益频繁，英语作为一种交流的国际语言日趋地凸显它的重要性。因此如何培养大学生与岗位需求能力相吻合的英语实际应用能力是摆在高职公共英语教师面前的一个重要研究课题。高职英语教师应在吸取他人改革成果的基础上，结合自身院校的实际情况，分析高职院校存在的问题并提出改革的蓝图。

| Abstract: | As the development of social economy and more frequent international cooperation and communication, English, as a global higher vocational language , becomes more and more important. Therefore, it is critical for public English teachers of colleges to launch a study on how to develop college students＇ actual communication ability with English at work. Based on the study achievements of former researchers, English teachers are supposed to analyze the current conditions of public English teaching at higher vocational colleges and bring forward proposals for teaching reform by taking the actual situation of the author＇ college into consideration. |
