| 摘 要： | 物流金融是物流业务和金融业务集成创新发展的新形式，是基于物流业务开展的金融服务。从历史角度对国外物流金融发展演变进行考察，首先对一种历史悠久的基于仓储业务的物流金融业务形式——仓单质押融资的研究进行总结；然后时公司金融、财务管理领域与物流金融相关的研究进行梳理；最后是对基于供应链业务的高级物流金融形式——供应链金融方面的研究进行综述．

| Abstract: | Logistics finance is one kind of innovative financial products sits at the intersection between logistics and finance that attracts more and more researchers and practioners. This paper reviews on loistics related study and practice from a historic view. First, on WRS, a traditional logistics finance service. Then focus on logistics finance in corporate finance and fianeial management fields. Following that, the paper examines the advanced logitics finance services supply chain finance. |
