| 摘 要： | 为了全面落实可持续发展战略,保证长春市资源环境与经济社会的协调发展,本文提出应加快长春市生态保护圈及城市园林布局建设,打造最佳人工生态城市,并通过政府监管、市场机制和公众参与的共同推进,完善相关政策和创新机制,以解决生态和环境领域长期存在的投入不足和执法不严等突出问题,从而实现生态城市的建设目标。

| Abstract: | In order to implement the strategies of the sustainable development and guarantee the harmonious development of environment and economy,this article poses some suggestions to build Changchun City as an artificial eco-city.The author considers that we should accelerate the construction of landscape distribution and eco-protection circle,build Changchun City as an artificial eco-city and resolve the problems such as the shortage of capital and being not strict in executing the laws.These measures will promote the implement of the eco-construction. |
