| Abstract: | With the deepening study on preventing and deleting financial risk,it is very important to disclose and probe the deep cause of financial risk and the fundamental measurement preventing and deleting financial risk.In this article,The author analyzes the two deep causes leading to financial risk of market efficiency and asymmetric information and the measurement,and argues that the asset securization is the important measurement preventing and deleting financial risk. |
