The Analysis of Technical Innovation in China''''s Village Enterprises

The healthy and steady development of village enterprises is a main means to increase peasants' income. The insufficient innovation is the key reason for the enterprises' decreasing profits. Based on the enterprises' current situation, this article points out that the main points of the enterprises' innovation management should include; Strengthen the enterprises' innovation main-body status; select the correct and suitable innovation contents and strategy; and sufficient capital and human power.
