| 摘 要： | 加入WTO后,外资银行及其他金融机构在西安设立分支机构,将给西安金融业发展带来机遇,并使中资金融机构受到一定的冲击失掉一部分业务和市场,失掉一部分优秀金融人才,利润来源趋紧,强化了国际金融市场波动对西安的影响.西安金融业要有效利用3-5年的时间,采取切实措施,深化改革,迎接挑战,以使加入WTO后的积极因素得到充分发挥.

| Abstract: | After China joins the World Trade Organization(WTO), the foreign banks and other foreign finance institution will set their branches in Xi'an, which will bring great chance for the development of finance in Xi'an. But, at the same time, it will also bring some impacts on our finance. Our finance institution will lose a part of markets and excellent employees. They will have their some profits gained by foreign finance institution and are more affected by the fluctuation in the international markets. Our finance institution in Xi'an should spend 3-5 years on revolution in order to meet with the challenge after our country join WTO. |
