科学开发山地 提高生态生产力

山地对人类生存与发展具有重要作用,当耕地潜力被释放后,农业进一步发展就会更加注重开发林地,如果处理不好开发与保护的关系会酿成灾难性的后果;山地要发展的农业是广义的大农业,特别要关注发展以作为生态产业的林业为主的生态农业,运用生态位原理,采用立体农业技术是科学开发山地的主要措施;在山地开发的实践中,产生了多种生态经济模式及其开发原则,文章提出了旨在提高山地生态生产力的"五测五定法"。
