| 摘 要： | 先进技术是浙江省先进制造业基地建设的重要基石。本文利用统计数据重点分析了浙江省通过市场交易方式和自主创新方式获取先进技术的现状和存在的问题,分析指出市场交易方式无法满足浙江省建设先进制造业基地的要求,在自主创新方式中,原始创新和集成创新的能力又较弱,引进消化吸收再创新成为浙江省目前获取先进技术的必然选择。

| Abstract: | The advanced technology is an important base of Advanced Manufacturing Base of Zhejiang Province. This paper uses statistics data to analyze the status and problems of market trade and independent innovations applied in acquiring advanced technologies of Zhejiang Province. The analysis shows that the market trade could not meet the requirement of constructing Advanced Manufacturing Base. And among the independent innovation modes, Zhejiang Province has weak capabilities in original innovation and integrated innovation. Therefore assimilating advanced foreign technology will he the best choice. |
