| 摘 要： | 社会主义政治文明建设已成为当今中国社会一项迫切需要完成的重要任务。文章从宪政、宪政文化与政治文明相互关系的角度，分析和论述了宪政文化是政治文明的思想文化基础，宪政文化建设是实现社会主义政治文明的基本途径。

| Abstract: | The construction of socialist political civilization constitutes a crucial task for the Chinese society.This paper discusses the relations among the constitutional politics,the culture of constitutional politics and the political civilization.Based on the discussion,the paper maintains that the culture of constitutional politics is the foundation of political civilization,and that the construction of the culture of constitutional politics is the fundamental path to realize the socialist political civilization. |
