| Abstract: | The paper analyses the deficiency of Chinese environmental standards system of hazardous waste,and classifies environmental standards of hazardous waste into three levels:environmental technical regulation,administrating technical code and guide,as well as voluntary technical standards. The paper also discusses the role,relationship and scope of the three kinds of environmental standards of hazardous waste. |
