| 摘 要： | 文章就在当前国有企业改革发展稳定工作面临新形势、新任务的背景下，企业党建工作如何适应新形势，明确新思路，实现新发展的问题，提出了“11237”工作思路：贯穿“一个思想”，融入“一个中心”，树立“两种理念”，坚持“三个原则”，实施“七大工程”。
