本文旨在通过对若干行业协会选择标准和上海企业在各行业中所处地位的具体分析,得出现阶段比较适合在上海发展的全国性行业协会,并提出上海对这些协会落户的应对措施。

A Research on the Settlement of Nationwide Professional Guild in Shanghai

After China's entry into the WTO, the settlement of nationwide professional guild in Shanghai is quite necessary, especially to the development of trade and exhibition economy, and antidumping. But now, as to the limited conditions, we could only choose to attract some guilds that are most valuable to Shanghai's economy. In this paper, the author analyses several criteria on how to choose professional guilds, and the status of Shanghai's enterprises in the whole nation. Through these analyses, those most suitable guilds are discovered. In the last part, the author put forward two measures in responding to the settlement of nationwide professional guild in Shanghai.
