基于低碳视角的山东省入境旅游消费结构优化

发展入境旅游对于改善消费结构,发展低碳消费具有重要作用。山东省入境旅游近几年发展平稳,但在入境旅游消费结构中呈现出基本消费支出比例过高、非基本消费支出比例偏低的问题。当前山东省入境游客消费心理成熟、消费水平较高,对于更高品质的低碳旅游产品有潜在需求,旅游企业应采取加大低碳旅游设施投入、重视低碳旅游吸引物的规划、研发低碳旅游产品、建设低碳旅游服务信息平台、加大欧美市场促销力度等措施,促进入境旅游消费结构的优化。旅游管理部门应通过加强合作,实现全省旅游资源共享;严格环保法规,改善低碳旅游环境;制定政策,扶持低碳旅游业的发展等措施促进旅游产业内部结构的优化。

Optimization of Inbound Tourism Consumption Structure of Shandong Province Based on Low-carbon Theory

Inbound tourism in Shandong Province has developed steadily in recent years,but showing such a problem that the proportion of basic consumption expenditure is much higher than that of the non-basic consumption expenditure in the inbound tourism consumption structure.Developing low-carbon tourism will be good for optimizing the consumption structure and developing low-carbon consumption.According to the analysis of the inbound tourist spending,the tourists show the potential demand for higher-quality,low-carbon tourism products because of their mature consumption habits and comparatively high income.It requires the tourism enterprises to take measures to promote the optimization and rationalization of inbound tourism consumption structure,such as enhancing the development of low-carbon tourism facilities,highlighting low-carbon tourist destinations planning,researching and developing more low-carbon tourism products,building a low carbon travel service and information platform,and enhancing promotion and propagandizing in the European and American markets.Tourism administrative departments should try to achieve a share of all tourism resources throughout the province,to be strict in the enforcement of environmental laws in order to improve the low-carbon environment;and support industrial policies for development of low-carbon tourism in order to enhance the optimization of low-carbon tourism industry.
