出口主导型区域服装产业集群发展策略研究

中国凭借纺织业多年的生产优势积淀,形成了以"出口"为主的中小企业服装产业集群,然而受2008年金融危机的冲击,伴随着汇率上调,人民币增值,原材料上涨,人力资源成本优势下降等不利因素的影响,出口主导型服装产业集群的发展遭遇了"瓶颈"。但面对纺织品出口限制配额的取消以及国家"十二五"规划将纺织业作为扶持产业发展所带来的机遇,出口导向主导型区域服装产业集群依然可以在政府"推手"的推动下,通过调整产业结构,构建区域品牌,重铸国际竞争优势。

Development Strategy Study on Export-Oriented Regional Clothing Industrial Cluster

China has maintained competitive edge on textile industry after its years of development, thanks to which, an export-oriented clothing industrial cluster of small and medium sized enterprises has formed in China. However, due to the impact of financial crisis in 2008, textile industry has confronted unfavorable economical conditions like increased exchange rate, RMB appreciation, increasing cost of raw material and declining cost advantage of labor force. Thus the export-oriented clothing industrial cluster has encountered a development bottleneck. Nevertheless, the export quota limit on textile products was eliminated by government and textile industry has been incorporated in National Support Program of China's Twelfth Five Year Plan, which brings much opportunity to its development. With support of the government, regional export-oriented clothing industrial cluster can also regain its international competence through industrial restructuring and regional brand establishing.
