| 摘 要： | 阐述了世界各国将生物质能开发利用作为优先发展的重大战略产业;论述了中国能源产业发展新格局正在形成中,中国发展生物质能明显的三赢效果,中国发展生物质能能够优化农业产业结构,稳定增加农民收入,促进城乡和谐发展,是建设社会主义新农村的极其有效的举措;指出能源危机是制约福建省中长期发展的瓶颈,开发生物质能是福建省建设海峡西岸经济区的必然要求,也是提升福建省经济综合竞争力的有力保证,并提出福建发展生物质能的战略、布局和对策。

| Abstract: | Bio-industry will be the vanguard in the world economic development in 21 century,and bio-energy will be the leader of bio-industry.Developing bio-energy is a effective measure for implementing energy strategy,reducing environmental pollution (especially reducing greenhouse gas emissions),increasing farmers’ income steadily and building socialist new countryside. As a result,it has become the priority development strategy in the countries around the world.Now a new pattern of bio-energy industry development is forming in our country.This is a excellent opportunity and also a tough challenge for the economic zone on the West Side of Taiwan Strait. |
