呼吸功能训练在结核性脓胸胸膜剥脱术患者术后的应用效果

目的：探讨结核性脓胸胸膜剥脱术患者术后实行呼吸功能训练的效果。方法选取2011年1月至2013年10月我愿收治的结核性脓胸胸膜剥脱术80例，按就诊顺序分为两组，各40例。对照组患者给予常规护理，研究组患者在常规护理的基础上给予呼吸功能训练。对比两组患者术后24 h及3个月后的肺部功能。结果两组患者术后24 h肺部功能各指标值差别不明显；3个月后研究组患者的肺部功能明显优于对照组。结论结核性脓胸胸膜剥脱术患者术后实行呼吸功能训练可有效促进肺部功能的改善。

Respiratory Function Training Stripping Application Evaluation and Postoperative in Pleural Tuberculous Empyema

Objective To investigate the ef ect of stripping of respiratory function training and postoperative in pleural tuberculous empyema.Methods From 2011 January to 2013 October 80 cases of pleural tuberculous empyema endarterectomy patients were randomly divided into two groups,40 cases in each.The control group were given routine nursing care,patients in study group were given conventional care,respiratory function training. Pulmonary function of 24 h and 3 months after the comparison of two group patients.Results Of the two group patients after each index 24h value of lung function did not dif er significantly;lung function was significantly better in patients of the study group of patients after 3 months,the control group.Conclusion And postoperative respiratory function training can be carried out ef ectively to promote lung function improvement of pleural tuberculous empyema stripping.
