血必净联合乌司他丁与单用乌司他丁治疗脓毒症的Meta分析

目的：探讨血必净注射液对炎症的影响及治疗脓毒症患者的临床疗效。方法检索各大数据库，查找血必净治疗脓毒症的相关临床试验，并采用RevMan 5.0进行Meta分析。结果共纳入4项随机对照临床试验，治疗组181例患者给予血必净＋乌司他丁＋基础治疗，对照组181例患者给予乌司他丁＋基础治疗。Meta分析结果显示，治疗组患者与对照组患者的肿瘤坏死因子（TNF-α）水平比较，差异无统计学意义（WMD=-5.16，95% CI：-11.0～0.76）；治疗组患者与对照组患者在白细胞介素-6（IL-6）水平（WMD=-57.82，95%CI：-112.12～-3.52）、降钙素原（PCT）水平（WMD=-0.53，95%CI：-0.88～-0.19）、平均住院时间（WMD=-3.63，95%CI：-4.68～-2.58）、平均机械通气时间（WMD=-3.77，95%CI：-4.70～-2.83）比较，差异均有统计学意义。结论应用血必净患者的白细胞介素-6（IL-6）、前降钙素（PCT）水平更低，平均住院时间、平均机械通气时间更短。

Meta-Analysis of Xuebijing in Treating Sepsis

Objective To know the efficacy of Xuebijing injection for the treatment of sepsis.Methods Literatures of RCT（randomized control ed trial） or CCT （clinical control ed trial） were selected to Meta-analysis.Results Four RCTs were included,with 181 patients in the treatment group were given Xuebijing＋Ulinastatin＋based treatment,181 patients in the control group were given Ulinastatin＋basic treatment.Meta-analysis showed that the tumor necrosis factor（TNF-a）levels （WMD = -5.16,95% CI：-11.07~0.76）of experimental group and the control group were not statistical y different,but the interleukin（IL-6） levels（WMD=-57.82,95% CI：-112.12~-3.52）,the procalcitonin（PCT） （WMD=-0.53,95% CI：-0.88~-0.19）levels,the average length of stay（WMD=-3.63,95% CI：-4.68~-2.58）and the average duration of mechanical ventilationWMD=-3.77,95% CI （-4.70,-2.83）]of the treatment group and the control group were statistical y different.Conclusion Current results indicated that the application of Xuebijing injection for the treatment of sepsis provided a lower level of IL-6 and PCT,a shorter length of stay and duration of mechanical ventilation.
