韩国“新村运动”对青岛市社会主义新农村建设的启示

建设新型农村,是世界上所有国家或地区由传统社会向现代社会转型过程中的一个必经阶段,韩国在20世纪60年代初开始实施的"新村运动"取得了巨大成就,提高了农民的物质文化生活水平和质量,有效解决了城乡发展失衡问题。相比而言,韩国的情况与青岛市有着更多相似之处,表现在农村建设运动的背景、所处地理位置及传统文化等方面。因此,韩国新村建设经验的分析总结,对青岛市新农村建设具有更多的启示意义。

The Enlightenment of "New Village Movement" in Korea on the Socialist New Rural Construction in Qingdao

The new type of rural construction is a necessary stage in the process of social transformation from traditional society to modern society for all the countries and regions in the world.Korea has made great achievement in "New Village Movement" which started in the early 1960s.Due to the Movement,the local living standard and quality has been much improved,and the problem of unbalanced development between urban and rural areas has been effectively solved.In contrast,there are more similarities between Korea and the city of Qingdao,which are manifested in terms of the rural construction movement,the geographical location,the cultural tradition,etc.Hence,the analysis and generalization of the Korean experience will be of great significance to Qingdao′s new rural construction.
