| 摘 要： | 随着中国对进口石油依赖程度的日益加深，中国政府孕育已久的国家战略石油储备已经进入实施阶段，首批四大战略石油储备基地的建成和启用，标志着中国结束了没有战略石油储备的历史。在介绍石油储备的国际渊源的基础上，分析了中国首批国家规划的四大战略石油储备基地的具体区位布局特征，并提出未来适合我国国情的战略石油储备基地布局的建议。

| Abstract: | With the increasing deepening of import relying degree of Chinese petroleum,the national strategic petroleum reserves long prepared by Chinese government has entered on the implementing phase.The completion and utilization of first four large strategic petroleum reserves bases symbolizes the end of China' s history of lacking strategic petroleum reserves.Based on introduction of international origin of petroleum reserves,this paper introduced the characteristics of regional layout of the first four large strategic petroleum reserves bases in China,and raised proposes on layout of strategic petroleum reserves bases fitting for Chinese national situation in the future. |
