| 摘 要： | 能否建立和健全产学研合作创新平台是制约我国当前产学研合作创新发展和升级的重大课题。文章在分析了产学研合作创新平台的内涵和建设目标与原则的基础上，探讨了产学研合作创新平台的组织结构及构成要素，厘清了平台的运行机理，以期为产学研合作创新平台的建构提供具体的思路。
