高新技术园区创业文化形成机制分析

本文认为,中国特色高新技术园区创业文化的基本内涵应该包括以人为本,倡导企业家精神;鼓励创新和创业,宽容和理解失败;鼓励人才有序流动,推崇竞争合作;以创新和创业作为目标,享受工作乐趣;注重团队精神,善于学习。我国高新技术园区创业文化的形成,主要动因在于创新和创业活动的推动、创业社会利益的驱动、对传统文化的传承与发展和国外创业文化的示范效应。文章提出,高新技术园区创业文化的构建有赖于形成一种内在和外在的机制,即创业文化驱动机制、创业文化导向机制和创业文化传播机制。

Analysis on Forming Mechanism of Entrepreneurial Culture in High-technology Industry Parks

The author points out that the basic connotation of entrepreneurial cu lture in high-technology industry parks include: taking people as the first and the advocation of entrepreneurship,encouraging innovation,encouraging the orde rly flow of human resources and paying more attention to teamwork.Entrepreneuri al culture with Chinese characteristics has been formed in high-technology indus try parks.It relies on the construction of internal and external mechanism that includes driving mechanism,orientation mechanism and propagation mechanism.
