| 摘 要： | 中小企业融资方式的抉择一般基于对融资成本等六因素的综合权衡。文章利用模糊集中意见决策方法对各种融资方式的综合效率进行评价，导出我国中小企业融资方式的选择倾向。

| Abstract: | There is many factors which affect the small and medium-sized enterprise's financing decision , but the final decision lays on the overall index--financing efficiency. By using the Borda ways(the fuzz method) to appraise the overall financing efficiency of each kind of financing way, the article regards that small and medium-sized enterprise has the inclination to choose stock financing. |
