| 摘 要： | 供应链之间的竞争越来越转化为供应链运作时间之间的竞争。如何缩短客户时产品的获得时间逐渐成为研究的热点。本文主要分析供应链的环节、流程以及在不同的生产制造环境下的供应链运作时间周期。阐述了供应链周期时间管理与压缩的理论．为以后时间压缩数学模型的建立奠定了基础。

| Abstract: | The competition among supply chains nowadays becomes competition of the time.How to reduce consumer's time for acquiring the products becomes the focus of research.This article mainly analyzed the sub-cycle and activity of supply chain and the cycle time in different manufacturing environments,and discussed the theory of cycle time administration/compression to establish the base of the mathematic models of the time compression in supply chain administration. |
