| 摘 要： | 文章通过对现有电子支付行业现状及优劣势进行分析后,提出了一种基于手机号码为凭证、现有金融体系为载体的新型支付手段。通过以手机号为账户号的移动金融账户,输入手机号码和交易密码即可实现基于银联POS机的线下消费。

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of the present situation,advantages and disadvantages of existing electronic payment industry,a new means of payment based on mobile phone number and existing financial system is proposed in this paper.Input mobile phone number and password into a shift financial account named its number from mobile phone number,offline consumption based on POS mechine of Unionpay can be achieved. |
