摘    要:针对IC卡系统在机电井灌溉中的应用状况及应用后产生的影响和存在的主要问题,通过对辽宁省沈阳市的调查研究,指出IC卡系统的应用不仅可以减少地下水资源的浪费,而且可以促进电费的回收,减少农户的灌溉成本,因此将成为有效管理地下水资源的一个重要方式。同时也指出该系统在应用中存在的问题,并提出相关建议。

Abstract:As for the application of intelligent IC card system in electromechanical well irrigation and its effect as well as the existing problems, it is put forward that application of intelligent IC card system not only reduce waste of underground water resources but also improve the collection of electricity charge so as to reduce farmers' irrigation cost through a investigation in Shenyang, Liaoning Province, and thus it is an important way to effectively manage underground water resources. The existing problems concerning the intelligent IC card system is given and some suggestions are also put forward.
