| 摘 要： | 作为一种新兴产业．我国物流产业起步较晚．当前仍处在初级阶段，如果沿用渐进式升级的产业演化模式．将会持续滞后于物流产业先进国家。本文阐述了先进国家物流产业演化的一般过程。论证了我国的物流产业要追赶乃王超越先进国家．就需要充分发挥我国在物流产业方面的后发优势．学习和模仿先进国家积累的制度知识和技术知识，主动调整我国物流产业政策，通过采取促进和推动第四方物流、整合和带动第三方物流的方式．最终实现我国物流产业的跨越式升级。

| Abstract: | Logistics industry in China is still in a primary stage now. If we let logistics industry evolve spontaneously we will always lag behind advanced countries. We should bring our latter-development-advantage into play and achieve leap-frogging of logistics industry. This paper expounds that the path to achieve leap-frogging of logistics industry is to develop fourth party logistics and promote third party logistics. |
