| 摘 要： | 产业化作为现代经济发展的产物与标志，有着特定的含义与适用范围，主要是指推动物质生产部门的市场化、组织化、效益化、规模化，激励竞争、注重效率等过程与内容。所以，产业化一词及其政策要特别慎用。事实证明，在教育、医疗等事关国计民生的非物质生产部门与特殊行业一味推行产业化，是荒唐的，也是灾难性的。
