| Abstract: | Corporate culture refers to the soul of an enterprise,which is an inexhaustible driving force to promote the development of the enterprise.It is also a key factor that makes an enterprise be equipped with competitive powerm and employees with innovation,and it plays a decisive role in keeping an enterprise stable and developing.The paper analyzes the status quo of the development of corporae culture of Liuzhou state-owned enterprises,and puts forward the related countermeasures based on present shortcomings. |
