促进经济欠发达地区和谐村民自治的对策研究

文章通过对我国经济欠发达地区村民自治运行的现状和存在的问题的分析,认为要促进经济欠发达地区村民自治和谐有序地开展,必须从动员乡村精英积极参与、标本兼治农村的黑恶势力等几个方面着手。

The article analyzes the status quo of the villager's autonomy in economically underdeveloped region and the problems of it in our country. To promote the development of it in a harmonious and orderly way, this job must start with mobilizing the villager elites, eliminating the evil force in the village thoroughly and so on.
